You can tell by the shape of the nose and the raceway along the top of the fuselage. Also, it has 5-across seating in the coach cabin. You can't see if it has? the anti-shock pods on the wings from this angle, that helps you tell if it's an 880 or 990. The 990 is stretched a bit as well.
