I thought that nobody had made any progress in the "Big Dog" field of science. I can rest better at night knowing? that battery powered dogs are a reality. Is this list a countdown? If so then the printable organs technology needs to be placed higher on the list as it is actually something that will improve peoples lives.

Wireless capsule endoscopy is one such example of a wireless system. The 'endoscope' is a camera built into a capsule that is swallowed by the patient. As it traverses his gut, the camera takes pictures that are received wirelessly by a device strapped to the patient's belly. As for cloaking devices, they're purely science fiction, aren't? they?

Pffft force fields. They've already tried to make us believe that shit before, turned out it was just a fast? acquisition, fast firing gun mounted to a tank/apc that used radar to intercept and destroy rpg's or anti tank rockets. Google it.
