I am assuming you bought a prebuilt pc. They usually have a ~200 watt psu in them. thats about $75. I would get an ssd as well just for windows. a 60 gig one costs about $100. Also make sure you get a good case with about 4 fans to house that thing before you even touch overclocking. again another $100 for a low end one.
