En cuanto a tu pregunta, en Windows haces clic con? el botón secundario sobre una etiqueta y eliges en el menú emergente la opción correcta para crear la subetiqueta. En Mac esto mismo no funciona debido a un bug. En ambos casos puedes arrastrar una etiqueta dentro de otra. Aunque estoy hablando de la aplicación de escritorio, en la web creas la etiqueta normalmente y luego la arrastras sobre otra para subordinarla a ella. Saludos. Muy buen vídeo pero ...
