It starts up then comes up with a yes/no option under the logo. it has something to do with the internet because if i disable my internet connection and load up cod4 it is fine. THPS4 has a group of guys that go on at night usually 1-3 times a week. THPS3 has a lobby like once every 2 months and is hard to play because you must port forward to host. THUG1 is the most active and has a lobby up 24/7. The PC versions run on the same server and have 100x more? people.
