An orangutan at Sepilok Orang-utan Rehabilitation Centre near Sandakan in Sabah, Borneo. The orangutans are allowed to roam freely in the reserve but make thier way to a wooden platform twice a day to be fed by the keepers. A walkway guides visitors from the centre to the feeding area, and this orangutan had appeared near the start of the trail so we were gifted with a very close encounter.
