Oslauncher 3.1.0 ti nspire

Hot Launching ti nspire CAS OS on a regular nspire model through oslauncher 3.1.0 with a sucess rate of 100%, though it leaves the calculator in a temporary non ndless state once launched.
The weird menu is caused by hotlaunching os 3.0.2 over 3.1.0. Though everything else functions normally.
