Ultimate Chest Press
Posted by: Bdusseau1988
Video duration: 105 seconds
You may not be able to lift as much weight when you perform a chest press on a stability ball, but you will work your core more. This is effective. If you are looking for hypertrophy, you will need to use a flat bench, and heavier weight.

Awesome Dumbell Snatch
Posted by: Bdusseau1988
Video duration: 121 seconds
You need to be able to squat properly before performing a dumbbell snatch.
Beginners: 8-10 reps at a comfortable weight. Focus on form, then concentrate on moving the weight up, or adding more reps.
*For strength, increase the weight, and lower the reps.
*For endurance, increase the reps, lower the weight.

Elite Dynamic Warmup
Posted by: Bdusseau1988
Video duration: 123 seconds
This is a dynamic warmup I perform before running. I do this everyday. This is not a strengthening exercise. I do 10 reps on each lunge, about a minute on each leg swing, 10 reps on each upper body exercise. You can change this to suit you.
